    @Steffi: sorry for not replying, for some reason your comment had landed in the ‘possibly spam’ folder and I hadn’t seen it. I got it from Natalie of Quiet Hare (http://quiethare.blogspot.com/). I don’t think she makes them anymore, but she has other pretty items in store.
